Consignment Policy

Consignment gun purchases are Cash prices.
​3% of the purchase price will be added for Debit / CC purchases.

1. Lakeville Gun Shop agrees to place consigned firearm(s) in a prominent area for display.
2. Lakeville Gun Shop is entitled to retain 25% of the purchase price of each consigned firearm.​
3. Lakeville Gun Shop agrees to obtain the price set by the Consignor for each firearm consigned and will accept nothing less unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. The Consignor agrees to display firearm(s) at Lakeville Gun Shop for a minimum of 30 Days.
5. Consignments returned to owner within 30 days are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee per firearm*.
6. Consigned firearms held for purchase by a deposit cannot be returned to the owner.
7. While consigned firearm(s) are in the possession of Lakeville Gun Shop, said firearm(s) shall be covered under Lakeville Gun Shop’s insurance policy.

All return to Consignor transactions require an ATF Form 4473 and NICS background check.
A transfer fee will be charged for all return to Consignor transactions.

*Cancellation fees are in addition to transfer fees.
