Storage Policy

Going away for an extended time?  Store your firearms safely with us!

1. Lakeville Gun Shop agrees to secure stored firearms.
2. Lakeville Gun Shop storage fee is $1.00 per day for each stored firearm.
3. Weekly or monthly storage contracts are available.
4. Storage fees may be paid weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or at the end of the storage contract
5. Firearms held for storage will not be returned to the owner until all storage fees are paid.
6. Unless prior arrangements have been made, firearms not picked-up after 30 days from end of storage contract become the property of Lakeville Gun Shop.
7. While stored firearm(s) are in the possession of Lakeville Gun Shop, said firearm(s) shall be covered under Lakeville Gun Shop’s insurance policy.

All return to Owner transactions require an ATF Form 4473 and NICS background check.
